Carlos Jauregui MS, LAT, ATC

Meet Carlos Jauregui, a skilled athletic trainer based in Seattle, WA. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from Cal State LA and a Master's degree in Athletic Training from Azusa Pacific University. With years of experience working with athletes of all levels, ranging from high school to professional, Carlos has had success using manual therapies alongside exercise prescription. Additionally, he has worked with a diverse range of patients from various work backgrounds helping to develop improved health habits and routines. 

When not helping patients recover from daily discomfort or injuries, Carlos enjoys hobbies such as running, listening to music, paddleboarding, hiking with his wife Nicole, and playing with his beloved dog, Nawnee. He's also a devoted enthusiast of coffee and pizza, always on the lookout for the best spots in Seattle.
